Here you can submit a complaint to the Danish Transport, Construction and Housing Authority concerning a delay, cancellation or denied boarding. Please note that a written complaint must have been directed to the airline, before you can lodge a complaint with the Danish Transport, Construction and Housing Authority.
You must have the following ready, before you start your complaint:

If you are submitting a complaint on behalf of others, you are required to have a power of attorney from the person(s) you are representing. However, you do not need a power of attorney if you are submitting a complaint on behalf of your own children (under the age of 18). Thus, you will need a power of attorney if you are submitting a complaint on behalf of your adult children, your spouse or partner, your parents, other adults etc. If you are submitting a complaint on behalf of other people’s children, you will need a power of attorney from a parent of these children. You may use this Power of attorney template.
Companies, who submit complaints on behalf of others, are also required to have a power of attorney from the person(s) covered by the complaint. If the company submits a complaint on behalf of children (under the age of 18), a power of attorney by a parent of these children is required.
If you cannot attach documents from your mobile or tablet, you must fill out the complaint form on a computer / desktop.
