Here you can submit a complaint to the Danish Transport, Construction and Housing Authority concerning a delay, cancellation or denied boarding. Please note that a written complaint must have been directed to the airline, before you can lodge a complaint with the Danish Transport, Construction and Housing Authority.

Before you start the complaint

You must have the following ready, before you start your complaint:

  • Ticket(s) or confirmed reservation for all passengers listed in the complaint
  • Correspondence with the airline regarding the complaint (eg. for e-mails, letters)
  • Receipts for expenses, if you are claiming a refund (eg. for meal(s) or refreshments)
  • Names and addresses for all passengers listed in the complaint
  • Power of attorney(s), if you are lodging a complaint on behalf of other passengers (read more below)

The documents may not exceed 10MB per. file.

Power of attorney(s)

If you are lodging a complaint on behalf of other passengers, you must attach power of attorneys for all passengers listed in the complaint, providing they are not part of your own household. If you are lodging a complaint on behalf of passengers in a capacity of professional legal business, power of attorneys must be attached for all passengers listed in the complaint. If the passengers are under the age of 18, their parent or legal guardian must sign the power of attorney on their behalf. You can use this Power of attorney template.

The complaint on mobile/tablet

If you cannot attach documents from your mobile or tablet, you must fill out the complaint form on a computer / desktop.
